Commercial Licensing
Brivora packages are licensed under AGPL-3.0-or-later. This means:
- Open source projects: Free forever. No restrictions.
- Proprietary SaaS/products: If you modify Brivora or serve it as part of a hosted service, AGPL requires you to publish your source code. If you cannot or prefer not to do that, you need a commercial license.

Purchase
Section titled “Purchase”Email licensing@brivora.ai with your company name and revenue tier. We’ll send a license agreement and Stripe payment link within 24 hours.
For Enterprise tier or custom requirements, book a call.
Can I try before I buy? Yes. The AGPL-licensed packages are fully functional. Use them freely during development and evaluation. You only need a commercial license when deploying in a proprietary production environment.
What if my company grows past a revenue tier? Upgrade at renewal. No retroactive charges.
Do governance packs require a commercial license? No. Governance packs work with both AGPL and commercial licenses. They are data (JSON rule definitions), not software modifications.
Can I get a refund? Yes, within 30 days of purchase if you haven’t deployed to production.
