Enforcement mechanisms

On-chain publication — The Guarantee is published to Arweave. It cannot be edited or deleted. It is permanent and verifiable by anyone, forever.
Cryptographic signature — Signed with the founder’s PGP key. The signature proves the commitment was made by the founder and has not been tampered with.
